What happens at The Hollows?
Every session at The Hollows is as unique as the group of people in the space. Here are the sorts of activities you can expect when you come play with us. We’ll have mics, samplers and recorders on hand so we don’t miss the chance to record sounds we love.
Cluster singing
One person starts with one note. We join one by one on the pitch of our choice. Once you think your note doesn’t sound good anymore, you change it.
Loop-making
Take a recorded sound. Chop it, slow it, speed it up, mess it up, and loop it until you have something new and wonderful.
Take a sound walk
Spend twenty minutes with a partner making field recordings in and outside the building, then choose and edit the recordings.
Hand-drawn scores
Draw a shape. Now you have a score! Hand it to your partner, they play it, and you record them. Repeat.
Call and answer
You and your partners each choose an instrument. One person plays a phrase, and the other responds.
Create a finished piece
Over the course of the session, you and the group will create a number of finished, recorded pieces of music made up of the materials you and your cohort have created throughout the session.

What drives me every single day is watching someone step into the gym unsure of themselves and, a few months later, walk out with a new confidence, energy, and body they’re proud of. I don’t just train bodies; I help rewrite people’s stories.
I’m honored to be recognized as one of the top personal trainers in Central Florida and am proud to call Orlando my home. Whether you’re just getting started or ready to go to the next level, I’m here to guide you with expertise, accountability, and care every step of the way.

Some commonly asked questions from new clients…
Most clients benefit from 2-3 sessions per week, depending on goals, experience, and schedule. Beginners often start with more frequent sessions to learn technique, while advanced clients may need fewer for maintenance or specific focus. Consistency matters more than volume—your trainer will recommend the ideal frequency after assessing your needs and availability.
Results vary by individual factors like starting point, consistency, nutrition, and sleep, but many clients notice improved energy and strength within 2-4 weeks. Visible changes like fat loss or muscle gain often appear in 8-12 weeks with dedicated effort. Your trainer tracks progress and adjusts plans to help you reach sustainable, realistic goals efficiently.
Yes, most trainers provide basic nutrition guidance tailored to your goals, such as meal timing, portion control, and balanced eating habits. While not all are registered dietitians, they help align your diet with training for optimal results. For complex medical needs, they may refer you to a specialist while supporting overall lifestyle changes.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive athletic shoes suitable for movement. Bring a reusable water bottle, towel, and any relevant medical or injury information. Your trainer will handle equipment during sessions. Arrive a few minutes early to discuss goals, complete any paperwork, and ensure a smooth, effective first workout together.
Pricing varies depending on session frequency, package size, location, and whether sessions are in-person or online. Most trainers offer single sessions ($60–$120), 10-session packages ($500–$1,000), or monthly plans with unlimited check-ins. Many provide a free consultation to discuss goals and create a custom pricing plan that fits your budget and timeline.
Trainers experienced with injuries create safe, modified programs that respect medical limitations while still progressing toward your goals. They often collaborate with physical therapists or doctors when needed. Be sure to share your full medical history during the consultation so your trainer can design appropriate exercises, avoid aggravating conditions, and help improve strength and mobility safely.
